2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl 58. By continuing to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms is published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
2.4 jl 58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Minimum Age. To register and play on the jl 58 Platform, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law and is strictly enforced. jl 58 will request proof of age as part of the KYC verification process and may request additional documentation at any time.

4.1 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the jl 58 Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 KYC Verification. jl 58 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of its Players. You must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a driver's licence, passport, SSS card, or PhilHealth card) to complete verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for:

5.1 Accepted Methods. jl 58 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is available in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed during the deposit flow.
5.3 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Depositing funds that are proceeds of illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.4 Currency. The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. jl 58 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuation.
5.5 Deposit Responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure deposits are made using payment instruments registered in your name. jl 58 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits that cannot be matched to the Account holder's identity.
5.6 Failed Deposits. jl 58 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network errors. If a deposit deduction from your payment instrument does not reflect in your Account within the stated processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Accounts without completed KYC may have withdrawals suspended until verification is finalised.
6.2 Processing Times. jl 58 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:
6.3 Name Matching. Withdrawal destinations must be registered in the same name as the jl 58 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Name mismatches will result in a withdrawal request being placed on manual review until resolved.
6.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds and winnings from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
6.5 jl 58 Right to Withhold. jl 58 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or money-laundering activity; (c) technical error resulting in a credit to the Account; or (d) unresolved identity verification issues.
7.1 General. jl 58 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and the funds to which it applies are stated in the individual bonus terms. Failure to satisfy the Wagering Requirement within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. As a general guide (specific rates are stated in individual bonus terms):
7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or transaction. Placing bets that exceed this limit — whether in a single transaction or cumulatively — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable limit is stated in the individual bonus terms.
7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time, unless jl 58 explicitly communicates otherwise. You may be required to opt in to a bonus at the time of deposit or claim — bonuses are not automatically applied retrospectively.
7.6 Anti-Bonus Abuse. jl 58 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines — in its reasonable opinion — that a Player has engaged in any of the following: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses; using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; coordinating with other Players to abuse offers; or providing false information to obtain a promotion.
Bonuses are entirely optional. You may decline a bonus offer and play with Real Money Funds exclusively, which carries no withdrawal restrictions beyond the standard KYC requirement.
8.1 Applicable Rules. Each game available on the jl 58 Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. These Terms are supplementary to, and do not replace, individual game rules.
8.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the jl 58 Platform use independently certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, or wheels under monitored conditions, with randomness derived from the physical game rather than software.
8.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl 58 will investigate the incident using server-side records. The outcome reflected in jl 58's server logs at the time of the error will be treated as the authoritative record. jl 58 is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of a Player's own internet connection failure or device malfunction.
8.4 Obvious Errors. jl 58 reserves the right to void any wager, withdraw any payout, and correct any account balance arising from an obvious pricing error, software fault, or human error. In such cases, affected Players will be notified and any original stake returned.
8.5 Wager Finality. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. This applies equally to live casino wagers, slot spins, and sports bets placed before the event cutoff.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl 58 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement as appropriate:
10.1 jl 58's Right to Suspend. jl 58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines — in its reasonable discretion — that:
10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jl 58 support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Funds balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of outstanding verification requirements.
10.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, all pending bonus entitlements, unredeemed promotions, and loyalty points will be forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned in accordance with Section 10.2, subject to verification and any applicable withholding obligations.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 11. Self-excluded Players will not have their Real Money balance forfeited but may not access the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any balance will be returned to the deposit source minus any winnings, which will be forfeited.
11.4 jl 58 Intervention. jl 58 reserves the right to contact a Player, apply temporary restrictions, or close an Account if account activity or Player behaviour indicates signs of gambling-related harm. This may occur without a formal request from the Player and is exercised in accordance with our PAGCOR-compliant responsible gaming obligations.

12.1 Ownership. All content on the jl 58 Platform — including but not limited to: software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and user interface design — is the property of jl 58 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
12.2 Limited Licence. jl 58 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use jl 58 trademarks without prior written authorisation.
12.3 Unauthorised Use. Any unauthorised use of jl 58's intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.
13.1 Platform Availability. jl 58 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control. jl 58 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
13.2 Extent of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl 58's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Exclusions. jl 58 is not liable for:
13.4 No Exclusion of Statutory Rights. Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit jl 58's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
14.1 jl 58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14.2 jl 58 may share your data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law or as necessary to comply with our licensing obligations. We may also share data with third-party payment processors and KYC verification providers as necessary to deliver our services.
14.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].
15.1 jl 58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jl 58 will provide advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.3 If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and return of any Real Money Funds balance before the amended Terms take effect.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact jl 58 support and allow a reasonable period — no less than fourteen (14) days — for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. jl 58 will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days.
16.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of jl 58's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels. jl 58 is bound by PAGCOR's adjudication in matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.
16.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute not resolved through Section 16.2 or 16.3, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
